Some plated dishes...
Pan-fried veal escalope with homemade pasta.
I use confit tomato and gratinated stuffed mushroom as garnishes, with basil pesto.
Marsala sauce on the side.
Grilled lamb chops and sun-dried tomato risotto with thyme jus.
