Still fun...


For the first time try to cook local barracuda in spicy red curry Thai style, not bad at all.

Barracuda again...now in coconut milk and coriander.


Baked king fish with tomato sambal.

Actually I am not really confident to cook Indonesian dish...
Heat the oil, throw chopped garlic, sliced red chili, tomato wedges, sweet basil and seasoning...
Just bake fresh king fish in the oven and pour the sambal on top.
